Please make sure SQLBackupAndFTP works for you before buying a license key. Some unique FTP or SMTP configuration may prevent application from running - we encourage you to spend a couple of minutes testing the application before paying for a Standard or Professional version.
After you have purchased a license key, it will work for the current version as well as any version released in the next 30 days after your purchase. After that period if you want to use a new version - you need to purchase an update on this page. Read more about licensing.
Important! Once you have purchased a new key, your old key becomes invalid. Download the latest version and enter your new license key in [Help > License Key] menu item.
Note that Remote backup feature is in permanent Beta because of the complexity of the task. There's no harm of damaging the existing database during backup, but we can not guarantee your restore 100%. You should try the remote database restore for yourself. SQL 2000 is not supported for remote backups. There's no difference in remote backups between free and paid versions.
