Hi,
Please try to connect to the FTP server with any client and check if "0071%20ColegioDinisMelo/BaseDados" folder exists.

HI,
Yes, with a client. the "0071%20ColegioDinisMelo/BaseDados" folder exists.
If i put the path (ftp://0071@ftp.quintasinfonia.pt/0071%20ColegioDinisMelo/BaseDados) in a browser...it´s work.

Please ensure SQLBackupAndFTP is connected to FTP server with the same user. Also turn on option "Write FTP session to log" at "FTP Settings" window and check log of the job.

hi,
i think that the problem is the blank space in a remote folder (0071 ColegioDinisMelo).
How can write the correct path?

Hi,
I've just did a simple test on our local server with the same path. No issue was found... BTW please try to use a path without blank spaces. If it doesn't help you please send us a message using "contact us" form to check the .jobx file.
