The solution of this issue is very simple. All you need to do is to make your SQL Server database backups with COPY_ONLY option. With the help of SQLBackupAndFTP, you can simply create backup according to your schedule with COPY_ONLY option. To enable COPY_ONLY option pass these simple steps:
- Open SQLBackupAndFTP backup job and press “Advanced”
- Click “More backup options” in the “Advanced Settings” window
- Check off “Copy-only backup” in the “Backup Option” window
- Press “Save & Close” to apply new settings
