Volume discounts

If you buy a license for at least 2 computers a 15% discount will automatically be applied at checkout (or 20 computers in the case of the "Professional 1 database" edition). If you want to buy a license for over 50 computers contact us for special pricing.

Full-Service subscription (optional)

SQLBackupAndFTP is a standalone application. Once you bought a license (see the single-time fees above) it never expires, and you can use the version you’ve purchased forever. The subscription is optional and requires a yearly recurring fee. The subscription allows to:

• Auto-update the app to the latest version (vs staying with the version you have purchased).
• See backup history on the web (web log).
• Receive direct email support from our team (vs support via community forum).
• Use SQLBackupAndFTP mail servers for sending backup notifications (vs configuring your own mail server).
• Receive alerts when your server or backup service is down (service down alerts).

There’s a 50% discount for the 1st year of subscription if purchased along with a license. Without it the license includes 1 month subscription only. The subscription can be cancelled any time.

$20 Professional 1 database

If you are in need to backup multiple servers with 1 database only, you can purchase the Professional 1 database edition. It has the full functionality of the Professional version, the only limit being scheduled backups for 1 database only. Note that the minimum purchase of 5 licenses is required to buy this edition.
